A.J. Schreiber is known for his visionary approach to healthcare management, his ability to transform and revitalize companies with progressive business strategies and for his use of innovative technology in his planning. As President and CEO, A.J. brings to Juvo over 20 years of strategic operations and management experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Juvo, A.J. founded and served as CEO of Sunspire Health, a national provider of treatment services to those suffering from substance use and other co-occurring disorders. In addition, A.J. has served in an executive leadership and/or advisory capacity to various healthcare entities where he successfully transformed those organizations by implementing revolutionary organizational development strategies and pursuing dynamic mergers and acquisitions.

Tanya Scott is the founder and Chief Business Development Officer of Juvo. She utilizes her clinical and business experience and education to develop and grow services that best meet the needs of the clients, families and community that Juvo serves. Tanya leads the team in ensuring that the voice and values of Juvo remain strong and present as the organization continues to grow. Tanya has a Masters degree in Special Education and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004.

As VP of Clinical Operations and Executive Director, Alissa ensures that company-wide clinical objectives are met through the implementation of technology, data analytics, policies, procedures and Quality Assurance/Improvement protocols. She ensures that our clients receive high quality evidence-based services and that our clinicians have the tools they need to be successful. Alissa received her Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Psychology with a concentration in developmental disabilities. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral and a licensed psychologist in California.

As VP of Client Engagement Services, Denise oversees the Intake, Authorizations and Scheduling departments and strives to ensure that they are functioning to the highest standards of excellence in customer service. She is committed to making certain that all families and clients have a positive experience throughout all aspects of the administrative processes of starting and receiving services. Denise has over 30 years of direct care and administrative experience in the field of behavioral health, including residential, center based and employment services. She has worked with private, state and federal funding sources and has a proven track record of providing the highest quality of clinical services while insuring that all regulatory requirements are being met. In addition, she has experience in electronic health record implementation and system administration. She is passionate about developing her staff into a team that works collaboratively with each other to contribute to Juvo’s overall mission. Denise has a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in liberal arts.

Dena Shade-Monuteaux, PhD, BCBA-D, LABA is the Executive Director of Juvo Behavioral Health of Massachusetts. Dena has almost 40 years of personal experience with Autism and 28 years of professional experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis – beginning in home-based services. Dena’s professional experience includes residential, center-based, public and private school settings and an ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality, evidence-based only, home-based ABA services possible. Dena’s career has focused on providing clinical services and leadership to populations including children and teens (2-22) with Autism, various developmental disabilities and other mental health diagnoses; consulting to public schools to effectively support these populations; supervising and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in ABA towards the BCBA credential and teaching in various on-campus and online college and university master’s and doctoral ABA programs. Dena was thrilled to bring her experience with and passion for ABA and leadership to help create Juvo Behavioral Health of Massachusetts in 2017. Dena provides clinical and administrative leadership for Juvo Behavioral Health of Massachusetts across all practice areas. Her clinical interests include supervision and training of staff and parents, mentoring and training supervisors, Relational Frame Theory (RFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), best practices in assessment and treatment planning and bringing ABA into homes and communities in the most meaningful, values directed, ways possible.

David Corcoran is the Statewide Clinical Director for Juvo Behavioral Health of Massachusetts. David brings over 30 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis providing clinical leadership to a wide variety of populations and agencies including children and adults with developmental disabilities, autism and traumatic brain injuries. David provides the clinical direction for Juvo of Massachusetts on the cutting edge of evidence-based behavior analysis, assessment and curriculum. His clinical interests include Stimulus Equivalence, Relational Frame Theory (RTF), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and bringing ABA to the public schools. David has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2003 and is a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in the state of Massachusetts.

Emily Schuman is Juvo’s Regional Director for Alameda, West Contra Costa, and Sonoma Counties. Emily relies on her background in Organizational Behavior Management to support teams in delivering high quality, evidence-based services to families. Emily is passionate about increasing access to care via Telehealth services. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and completed her undergraduate coursework in Gender and Women’s Studies.

Maggie Delaney is the Regional Director for the Contra Costa County Region at Juvo. She immensely enjoys her work supervising BCBAs and supporting clients and families. Maggie’s passion for working at Juvo stems from our commitment to our values, supporting our staff, and to improving the quality of life for our clients and their families. Maggie has over 8 years experience in the field of ABA and has expertise in intensive toilet training and social skills programming. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and History, a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Amy Salazar is Juvo’s Regional Director for the greater San Diego area. Amy has been with Juvo since 2014, providing services in East Contra Costa County before expanding services to San Diego. With her background in social services, Amy is passionate about increasing access to quality care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and using evidenced-based procedures to provide individualized care to each client. Amy holds her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, completed her Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis), and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Zeenat Kausar, M.S., BCBA is a Regional Director at Juvo in the Greater Sacramento area. Zeenat began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis at Kennedy Krieger Institute in 2003. At Juvo, she is dedicated to providing consultation, support and supervision to clinicians to ensure behavioral best practices are utilized and the highest quality services are delivered to clients diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Zeenat holds a Master’s degree and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009.

Tyler Godsy is the Regional Director for the San Francisco Peninsula and greater San Jose areas. Tyler is especially interested in organizational behavior management, behavior reduction, and staff training. He is passionate about mentorship and the ongoing professional development of the clinicians he supervises. Tyler received his B.S. in Psychology and Film and his M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis in Developmental Disabilities. He has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2012 and has over 10 years of experience in the field of ABA.

Anthony Foglia is the Director of Training at Juvo. Anthony has a background in education and research which makes him excited to teach the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to the people that will be directly responsible for delivering quality evidence based services to our clients. He has a passion for making learning fun and interactive and is often most happy when standing in front of a full energetic class. He has a B.S. in psychology and an M.A. in Experimental Psychology and went on to a post Masters program in ABA. Anthony is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Alyssa is Juvo’s Regional Director for Connecticut. Alyssa started with Juvo in the greater Sacramento, CA area and is thrilled to bring services to CT. Their favorite ABA topics include PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Alyssa is passionate about increasing access to services for families of diverse backgrounds and supporting staff in growing a career in ABA. In their free time, Alyssa enjoys backpacking, snowboarding, and budding interest in kitesurfing.
